Clear and precise business plan and financial models which shall include a detailed financial summary and use of proceeds. Strong and experienced management team with the integrity, skills, experience and commitment to execute the business plan successfully. A well-defined market opportunity that provides the appropriate growth potential around a scale able and risk mitigated business model. A simple and defensible competitive advantage. Financial projections providing return potential commensurate with the risk taken. Realistic exit options available within a 3-7 year period. Investment security and minimum 60% LTV in secured collateral

 

CRITERIA 

Proof of Concept stage or better

Enterprise value up to $100M dollars

Investment per transaction between $50K and $15M

Must require acceleration and have solid revenue model
